A fitted kitchen lives or dies on the fitting. Ours in Guildford are installed by our own team rather than whoever was available that week, and the project is managed from the Chertsey Street showroom from the home survey through to the last adjustment. It is the part of the job you notice least at the time and most for the next fifteen years.
Three ways to work with us
Full design and installation. Concept to completion. Our designers and FIRA Gold accredited installers handle layout, product selection, survey, fitting and finishing, with one team accountable for the lot.
Supply and fit. We supply your chosen kitchen and oversee installation with our own experienced team. You get our quality control, with some flexibility in how the project runs.
Supply only. If you already have an installer you trust, we can supply the kitchen, worktops, appliances, sinks and taps, specified properly by our design team so nothing turns up wrong on the day.
Whichever route suits, Gabby, our Operations Manager, oversees live projects from the showroom, sourcing products and working with the installation teams through fitting and completion, so there is one person who always knows where your project stands. The fitting itself is done by installers like Dave, our longest-serving fitter, whose workmanship is independently audited every year and awarded Gold by FIRA. We are the only independent retailer in Sussex to hold FIRA Gold certification, and every installation carries a 12-month supply and fit warranty on workmanship.
Once your design is signed off and the kitchen is ordered, we book the home survey. That visit is where measurements are confirmed properly and any awkwardness in the room gets found early, which is considerably better than finding it mid-installation. From there we agree installation dates around the delivery schedule and sequence the work so the disruption stays contained and predictable. You will know what is happening each day and who is in the house.
