As part of a full house renovation, Seth and Lianne wanted to create a central kitchen and living space that would work seamlessly for family life and entertaining. We worked closely with them and their builder over a two-year period, from the first consultation through to installation, to shape a design that truly reflects how they use their home.

The heart of the project is a striking open-plan kitchen featuring a large central island with integrated Miele ovens and venting hob. This provides the perfect focal point for cooking and gathering, while additional features such as a bespoke bench seat, utility area and dedicated coffee station bring both practicality and personality to the design.

The kitchen is finished in Nolte Frame Lack Black with elegant brass handles, contrasted with Eternal Calacatta worktops that add light and texture to the space. In the utility, Nolte Manhattan Sahara cabinets are paired with Natural Bough Oak laminate worktops, offering a warm, practical space that ties in beautifully with the main kitchen.

The specification includes premium appliances from Miele, complemented by a Caple wine cabinet, and a Quooker patinated brass tap that picks up on the detailing of the handles. A tall glazed unit with feature side lighting provides a stylish display, while a mitred splashback with matching window cills, pull-out bin system and carefully designed coffee station highlight the level of detail in the project.

The result is a space that not only looks stunning but functions perfectly for Seth and Lianne’s busy family life – a true centrepiece to their home.
