Refer a friend, get a thank you

Know someone thinking about a new kitchen? Refer them to us, and if they go on to buy a kitchen, we'll send you a £200 John Lewis voucher as a thank you*.

It couldn't be simpler — just ask your contact to mention your name, workplace and email address when they get in touch, so we know who to thank. Vouchers are sent once the sale is paid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LOCAL REFERRAL SCHEME

  1. Refer a customer, contact or family member to The Kitchen Store Ltd ("us", "our", "we") and receive a £200 John Lewis voucher if they go on to place a qualifying order, subject to these terms.

  2. The scheme is open only to employees of local businesses who have been personally invited to take part (typically via vouchers/cards left at their workplace).

  3. The voucher is awarded once the referred contact proceeds with a confirmed order for a new kitchen from us.

  4. The order must have a minimum value of £8,000 including VAT to qualify.

  5. The contact must be referred, and their details received by us, before any deposit is placed. Referrals made after a deposit has been placed will not qualify, and no awards will be made retrospectively.

  6. The maximum voucher award per kitchen order is £200, regardless of how many people referred that contact.

  7. Where more than one person refers the same contact, the voucher will be awarded to whoever referred them first, based on our records.

  8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  9. Employees of The Kitchen Store Ltd are not eligible to participate in the scheme.

  10. We may withdraw, suspend or amend the scheme at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

  11. By taking part in the scheme, referrers consent to us contacting them to arrange the voucher award, and to us processing the personal details provided (name, workplace and email address) for this purpose only.

  12. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute, our decision on eligibility and awards is final.
