How to incorporate bold colours in your kitchen

ONE THING IS FOR SURE, BOLD KITCHENS ARE IN, BUT HOW DO YOU GET IT RIGHT?

Our designers discuss this conundrum a lot with our customers, but whether you're dreaming of pink, blue or green for your new kitchen, the rules for going bold are simple.

You can 'go bold' in varying degrees, from a jazzy splashback or standout island, to a predominantly black kitchen with an injection of colour. As long as the colour palette in your kitchen matches, you can go as brave as your heart desires. If you are unsure about what colours match, that's where we can offer guidance.

Some colour combinations we love right now are hunter greens paired with gold, henna red teamed with cream and wood accents, and Lavender shades. In fact, if you've visited our Horsham showroom, you may have seen our gorgeous grey, woodgrain and lavender kitchen that commands attention:

And don't forget, 'going bold' isn't limited to bright colours!

The use of metals is another excellent way to make a statement in your kitchen, and you can do this with your tap, handles, crockery and sinks.

An oldie but goodie is a tiled splashback. There are some beautifully bold patterns available to suit all colours and kitchen styles. Splashbacks are super-easy to update down the line, too.
