All TKS workmanship is guaranteed for a year. The installation service is fully project managed from start to finish. Manufacturer warranty information for all key products is available at thekitchenstore.co.uk/warranty.

Yes. TKS provides a 12-month supply and fit installation warranty on workmanship. All major product manufacturers — Nolte, Masterclass, Caesarstone, Silestone, AEG, BORA, Miele, Bosch, Neff, Siemens and others — also provide their own product warranties, accessible via the warranty page.

All the information needed to reach the operations team is included in the customer guide provided at the completion of installation. The team is on hand to help with any queries or concerns quickly and efficiently. If the guide has been misplaced, simply get in touch directly and the team will be happy to help.

Every kitchen installed by TKS comes with a Product Care Instructions Booklet covering everything needed to keep the kitchen looking and performing its best. The warranty page also links directly to manufacturer care and maintenance guidance for all key products including cabinetry, worktops and appliances.

Yes. Minor adjustments — door alignment, drawer settings and general fine-tuning — are all part of the service, and the operations team is on hand to help should anything need attention after installation.
