MEASURING FOR EXTRA SHELVES

As our shelves are made to suit your units we don’t need their exact dimensions. Just answer the four questions below to identify the shelves you need:

STEP 1: What is the width in millimetres of the door of the unit which your new shelf has to fit?
STEP 2: Is your shelf for a Wall, Base or Tall unit?
STEP 3: Is your shelf Squared, L-shaped or Angled?
STEP 4: What colour is your shelf (click here to see our Colour chart for help identifying colours)

Storage
IDEAS FOR INCREASING STORAGE

Whether you have a large or small kitchen, with clever planning, you can maximise the storage space with a range of units and accessories including:

  • Extra internal shelving. Simple but effective!
  • Wicker baskets that fit between cupboards, the ideal place to keep fruit and vegetables.
  • Magic Corner and Carousel units to make the most of wasted space in a corner.
  • Pull-out larders with loads of storage space, adjustable shelving and easy access from both sides.
  • Pull-out towel rails that sit conveniently in a tray space or under a worktop.
  • Swing out Wire baskets – for base corner units (minimum 500mm door).
  • Pull-out waste bins to keep all your floor space clear.
Lighting
CHOOSING THE RIGHT LIGHTING

Getting your lighting right is essential and generally a mix of different lights works best. The Kitchen Store range covers all the options; task lighting for working and atmospheric lighting for when you plan to eat and relax in the kitchen.

  • Over-cabinet spotlights mounted onto the top of cupboards provide good general purpose lighting.
  • In-cabinet lights illuminate items on display.
  • Under cupboard lights illuminate important working areas such as worktops and appliances. They can also provide low level atmospheric lighting when the main lights are switched off.
